Chernushka Rye Bread

Chernushka Rye takes our great Jewish rye base made with organic wheat flour and loads of freshly milled rye flour, and packs it with loads of nigella seeds: a spice that's a cross between a pepper and a caraway seed. It has a smoky scent to the finish and a mild amount of spicy heat. Not so much your mouth is burning, just enough to make things interesting and very tasty. 

This handmade bread's ingredients are organic wheat flour (organic wheat, malted barley), water, organic freshly milled whole rye flour, black caraway (chernushka) seeds, sea salt, and yeast.
