We have been shipping handmade bread all across America since 1992. We make every loaf at our Ann Arbor bakery with minimal ingredients—usually just flour, water, salt, and natural sour starters—in a stone hearth oven. These are scrumptious, super flavorful breads. The kind you want to have for toast at breakfast, for sandwiches at lunch, for snacks, and for sure at dinner. They have a crisp, more flavorful crust that protects them in travel. They also freeze great if you want to stock up.
