Coop's Salted Caramel Sauce

Eating Coop’s salted caramel is the food equivalent of slipping into satin sheets. This is some of the silkiest stuff I’ve ever tasted.

Marc Cooper spent years as an ice cream maker before turning his attention to toppings. The results have been outrageously good. First was the ultra chocolatey hot fudge. Now this oozy caramel that strikes a perfect balance between sweet with just enough salt to add a little interest. It has just six ingredients, all of which are easy to pronounce.

Use it to add some silky sweetness to ice cream, toast, fresh fruit, pound cake, coffee, or fingers.
