Golden Chocolate Easter Egg

Roald Dahl's Veruca Salt was a spoiled brat who wanted lots of things, in particular golden eggs. She could have saved everyone a lot of trouble if her dad had known about these. Then again, that would mean none for us.

From the aptly named Veruca Chocolates in Chicago comes this spectacular chocolate egg filled with a chocolate peanut ganache and salted caramel, wrapped around a burnt caramel center. The egg is hand rolled in edible gold luster dust making it desirable to any Veruca Salts you might have lurking in your family.
