Salted Matzo

So good you'll want to eat it all year.

Unless you’re Jewish (or work in a Jewish deli), you might be in the dark about matzo. I’m here to help. Matzo is the “bread” that followers of Judaism eat during Passover. Made of flour and water, the dough is baked before it has a chance to rise and the result is a thick, crunchy, salted, more-than-a-cracker flatbread.

After decades of being disappointed with bland matzo, childhood friends Ashley Albert and Kevin Rodriguez started their company The Matzo Project to make a matzo so good you'd want to eat it year round. This is the result. It has about 7,000% more flavor than your standard matzo. It’s great for the Passover seder, of course, but it's also a wonderful vehicle for all sorts of foods from dips to cheeses and more.
