Mithai (pronounced muh-tai) means “sweets” in Hindi, and this bright, beautiful box from Tagmo celebrates the delicious variety of these traditional Indian confections.

There are a trio of flavors, three of each: Kaju Katli, Khajoor Ladoo, and Besan Ladoo. Each bite-size piece has an irresistibly fudgy, cookie dough-like texture and is naturally gluten-free. Kaju Katli is smooth and delicate with cashew and a lingering hint of cardamom. Khajoor Ladoo has a mix of dates, nuts, and poppy seeds for a sweet, satisfying crunch. Besan Ladoo, made with chickpea flour, surprises with the toastiest, nuttiest flavor without any actual nuts.
