Raspberry Rhubarb Goat Milk Caramels

Bright and juicy are not usually words used to describe caramels, but these raspberry rhubarb caramels are not like the rest. The team at Big Picture Farm in Townshend, Vermont, use milk and butter from their own herd of goats to make the soft caramel base. Then they add a fruity Vermont rhubarb wine from a local winery and a hefty dose of pureed sweet tart raspberries.
